Responsibilities of the Job at Bravo Honda

When you work as an automotive service technician at Bravo Honda, your main job will be to take customers’ vehicles to the service stall area and perform the requested service. Sometimes this will be simple, straightforward work, while at other times it may mean that you are expected to diagnose a problem with a vehicle. When you service customers’ vehicles, you must follow all state, local, and federal laws that govern service repair work; you must also follow factory and manufacturer standards, including quality checking the work you perform and keeping your station and customer vehicles clean. If you discover that more work is needed, that the requested work is not necessary, or that you will need more time than expected to perform service, you must let the service advisor know. You will need to be in contact with the parts department for any parts and fluids you need. If you are performing warranty work, or if the customer specifically requests it, you will need to tag and save parts you remove.
